About your Consultant

Claudia is originally from Yorkshire and studied in Bristol before moving to London in 2003. She trained as a Care Professional and worked as a Domiciliary Care Professional in London before becoming a supervisor for Live-In Care Professionals. After years of Care, she then took time off to look after her family and set up Maxel Care Consultancy.

Claudia is a mother of two and people describe her as organised, having exacting standards and motivated to make the care industry a better place. Her personal care experience with her own family incorporates dementia, terminal cancer, type 1 and 2 diabetes, cardiac investigations, autism and strokes. This personal experience means that you are speaking with someone who not only cares but genuinely understands the issues you are facing when it comes to sourcing care for yourself or a loved one.

Clients find Claudia’s approach to be open and honest. She has an unwavering rapport with her clients, developed through dedication, time spent listening to their concerns and opinions and ensuring a one-to-one person-centred focus.

She ensures you don't accept a sub-par care solution or lose out on critical funding because of a communication breakdown or missed deadline. She saves you money by navigating the financial support available.

Claudia provides all her clients with a specialized knowledge of hospital discharge planning, social care laws, and care agency quality standards. This expertise is rare and ensures the highest quality outcome.

All her hard work and understanding leads to sourcing the most appropriate care for each individual and a positive outcome for the client and their families.
